Step 1 – Call or e-mail Zagreb Film Office to inquire and clarify your filming needs (e-mail: info@filmzagreb.hr; tel: +385 91 4557 074)

Step 2 – Fill out our online Application form. Complete and submit it along with attachments such as sinopsis and storyboard.

Step 3 – Once the application has been reviewed by all necessary City Departments (within 48 hours, except weekends and holidays), the applicant will receive further instructions on permit requests and potential fees. ZFO personel is here to help you with any additional questions or ideas.

Step 4 – Depending on the production needs/applicants request, City Departments will issue permits and invoices between 7 to 10 days.

Step 5 – ZFO will receive information from the City Department that the permits have been issued and will notify all other necessary City Offices. Depending on the filming needs, production company will need to notify the Police and Fire Dept.

*IMPORTANT – Please apply minimum 10 to 30 working days in advance. The actual processing time may differ depending on the nature of the applicant’s requests.
