Description

This romantic park is located in the Upper Town just above the Strossmayer Promenade. On its eastern side is the Lotrščak tower, and on the western side is the building of the State Hydrometeorological Institute, which we also know as the palace of Ludovik Jelačić. Park was named after the Croatian-Hungarian king Bela IV, who gave Zagreb the Golden Bull, which made Zagreb a free royal city.
